24 less-than-graceful twirls around the sun and countless dance numbers with life, Skylar Rae Dawn is a spiritual warrior and childhood sexual abuse survivor. This unraveled the bumpy rug right to her dedicated mission on discovering the core of our emotions, being mindful to the health of our bodies and brains, healing our hearts, as well as gathering the everyday magic that resides inside.
