Nona Drumheller was born in Waynesboro, VA. Growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains provided such solace as she came to terms with my mental illness and challenges. Her love of the Ocean provides her the opportunity for mindfulness, shedding shame and guilt as it washes away negativity, calms my heart, strengthens my soul and surrounds me with tranquility. It invites her over and over to continue living her life as healthy as possible.
