Margalea Warner reads her message to Helen Keller

Margalea Warner has lived with schizophrenia since her early twenties. She considers herself differently-abled. She is a published writer of poetry and prose as well as an award winning public speaker. She works full time as a secretary at University Hospital. She has been free of psychiatric hospitalizations for over 23 years.

Margalea shares her story in the This Is My Brave Iowa City 2018 show.
