Aliyah Green is a Senior from Collegium Charter School in Exton, PA. She aspires to study Communications in college in New York City. For the past three years, Aliyah has participated in her school’s annual speech contest. Following the tragic loss of her younger brother Elijah last January, Aliyah descended into a deep depression that she sought to hide from her friends until that year’s speech contest, where she first presented tonight’s piece. Aliyah hopes her poetry inspires others to find their Brave.
