Jessica is originally from Alabama’s Gulf Coast but transplanted to Northwest Arkansas more than 12 years ago with her husband and two preschoolers. She is a mostly stay home mom to four kids now, and she stays busy juggling a family. She has a passion for telling it like it is, finding humor in the ridiculous, and overscheduling. She loves to read, bake, and quilt. She describes the last several years of her life as a “deep dive in mental health education” for the sake of her family, and she hopes to find ways to help other families who will navigate mental health issues by sharing her story and getting involved in community outreach.
