CJ Ghanny shares “My Hooptie”

CJ Ghanny is a mental health peer who lives and works in Boston, MA. He is working towards more comprehensive mental health care for people with psychosis and schizophrenia, Caribbean diaspora populations, LGBTQ populations, and persons at the intersections of all three experiences. Aside from his mental health work, he also works to advance access of marginalized populations of Boston to medical research and clinical trials. In his other life, he is a storyteller, writer of fiction, music journalist and baklava enthusiast.
