Adriana Peterson shares “April is for Beginners”

Adriana Peterson is a citizen of the Diné (Navajo) and Menominee Nations, with Steamboat, Arizona and Zoar, Wisconsin being her home(s), but currently residing in North Liberty, Iowa. She is going into her Junior year at the University of Iowa, studying Communications Studies with a Certificate in Writing. This poem is dedicated to Nicole, Tracy, Tyrone, and Aydan.
