A Jordan Lambert was born in the late 1980’s off of the coast of California. She spent her whole life writing and won her first award as a pre-teen, which was shortly before her mental health journey began. She often felt like she didn’t have the words to explain how she was feeling. However, through therapy, she found she had the words – but also the stigma and unnecessary shame.
