Let’s Talk Bruh with Jeremy Herte
In this episode, host Jeremy Herte spoke to Marvin Toliver of Melanated Social Work about what radical therapy looks like and crying in therapy.
This line stood out to me while I was listening, “We can’t talk about what is going on in a lot of people’s lives without talking about the bigger systems issues that typically make it so that we are in the position we are in now.” Give it a listen and tell us what you think.
Lets Talk About Mental Health with Jeremy Godwin
A weekly podcast about making the most of your mental health and well-being, presented by Australian author and speaker Jeremy Godwin. The last two episodes I have listened to, “Anger” and “Self Forgiveness,” really struck a chord with me. But if those two topics are not of interest to you, Jeremy has a ton of other subjects to check out.
