Coffee Conversations with Hope for the Day
Join us for #BraveDays on Mondays at 10am ET| 9am CT| 7am PT during Mental Health Month as we hold Coffee Conversations with our friends over at Hope for the Day.
Each week, we will have candid conversations with leaders from Hope for the Day to share our personal stories of living with mental health challenges, what brought us to our organizations, and share information on our programs addressing suicide prevention and anti-stigma work.

On May 24th, you’ll meet Matt Fuchs, Sr. Director of Finance + Interim Executive Director – Hope for the Day + Sip of Hope. Matt is a mental health advocate and certified public accountant. Currently, he works for Hope for the Day as the Interim Executive Director and Senior Director of Finance. Prior to working in the mental health community, he spent a decade working in public accounting as well as touring as a musician. Matt enjoys music, hockey, and all things aviation, to name a few.
About Hope for the Day:
Hope for the Day (HFTD) is a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. As a social enterprise of HFTD, Sip of Hope Community Coffee Roasters is a brick and mortar coffee shop (with a great online presence) located in Chicago. Sip of Hope Community Coffee Roasters is the world’s first coffee where 100% of the proceeds support proactive suicide prevention and mental health education.
