Breathing Techniques for Everyday Wellness

Join us on Thursday, March 25th as we come together for this 30-minute workshop to learn easy breathing techniques to help us de-stress and create a sense of relaxation. Especially during this month when we are all feeling the weight of having dealt with the pandemic for a year now.

Techniques you’ll learn:

  • Alternate Nostril (Nadi Shodhana)
  • Lion’s Breath (Simhasana)
  • Equal Breathing (Sama Vritti)

Certified yoga and meditation instructor, and This Is My Brave alum Kasey Maher, will guide us through a series of breathing exercises that you can utilize to promote calmness and balance. This is a free workshop, but registration is required. Sign up today!
