Ideas for Selfcare in the Wake of the Election

If you’re like most Americans, you may be in need of some extra self-care today, the morning after the election.

Here are some ideas on how to take care of yourself today:

  12. Snuggle with your favorite furry friend.
  13. Meet a friend for coffee or tea.
  14. Unplug for an hour (or all day or week).
  15. Make a list of beautiful things.
