Our NYC show launches on YouTube

We are thrilled to announce the debut of our New York City show on YouTube!

This incredible community of storytellers, poets and musicians took to the stage on October 4th to share their stories of overcoming mental illness. From PTSD to postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, to anxiety, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder and everything in-between, we are certain you will be deeply touched by their bravery. They each shared a glimpse into their struggles in order to provide hope for others. They are stars shining brightly through the darkness.

Which reminds me of a quote I love:

When it rains, look for rainbows. When it’s dark, look for stars.
— unknown

I hope these stories provide light and inspiration to those who need it most. There is hope. Reach out for help. Mental illness is all around us. Be supportive of those you know and love. Together we can save lives.

(Yes, Christian Finnegan helped us kick off the afternoon, but that's Katie Mack up there, reading her awesome monologue.)
