Join This Is My Brave Alumnus Rudy Caseres for our new BraveChat LIVE series on Facebook Live. Rudy shared his own story on stage at "This Is My Brave The Show - Los Angeles" in 2017 and will be our BraveChat LIVE! host, weekly on Wednesdays at 3pm EST/12pm PST. 

Watch last week's BraveChat LIVE with Olivia Hinebaugh. Olivia was a 2014 original cast member who is a young adult novelist (and mom of 3!) who just signed her first book deal.

This week, Rudy interviews alum Joe Fusaro, from our 2015 NYC cast. Joe credits music, writing, and photography with helping him relieve his psychosis and depression while living with bipolar 1 in his late teens and 20's. He's also a member of This Is My Brave's Speaker's Bureau.

He is one of The Mighty's Mental Health Heroes of 2017 and is a member of This Is My Brave's Speakers Bureau. Rudy lives in Los Angeles.
