This Is My Brave is a platform for individuals to share their stories of mental health challenges and substance use disorder recovery. We are not a mental health provider, nor are our staff members mental health clinicians. However, our RESOURCES page is full of information on how to access help. If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency or are suicidal, please call 911 or the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or text HOME to 741-741 to be connected to a Crisis Text Line trained Crisis Counselor 24/7.
