Jordan Lally is a producer for the This Is My Brave Baltimore show. He has dealt with a tremendous amount of social anxiety and depression since high school. His father, who died by suicide, also battled severe depression. This was a huge turning point in Jordan’s life and led him to take on meditation which has opened up his life in many ways. Over time he has learned to be open and vulnerable with his family’s story, as well as his own.
