Lauren Sprague is a singer, preschool teacher, wife and mom. She is working on recovery from major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and bulimia. Lauren was interested in being a part of This is my Brave, because she loves hearing other people’s stories and thought it would be beneficial to also share part of her own.
