Xulio Soriano shares his story about Suicide

Xulio is from conquest and the clashing and mixing of cultures. He is from the Mixteca people from what is presently called Oaxaca, Mexico, and has lived in Napa since late 1999. Xulio is also a poet and activist. Immigration, indigeneity, and poverty have affected his mental health greatly.

Xulio performed his personal essay in the This Is My Brave Napa Valley show in 2017.
